Niobe is a unique upscale Salon and Spa, located at the prestigious African Regent Hotel, East Airport, Lizzy Sports Complex, East Legon
Loved it! If relaxation was solely a place, it would be Niobe Spa. From the reception area to the massage rooms, everything oozes relaxation and luxury. We enjoyed our time there (couple's massage with my perfect half), thank you Glenda and colleague for making our spa day memorable! PS. For the luxury offered, their rates are unbelievably moderate.
you call to get an autoresponse. you press 3 to get east legon branch they tell you they love you automatically for the next 10 minutes while you're waiting and no one picks up. keep in mind and i was one block away in the car and came to park infront of the spa at the lizzy complex side. i stood near the door where i can me calling them on their phone, they were there and nobody picked up! shameful all this money and service provided to allow small receptionists to ruin it. shame on your respect for people's businesses. :)
Worst experience ever! I sat in a lobby for an hour and 20mns waiting for help to get my service started until they just closed on me. I kept asking the receptionist what was going and why it has been closed to an hour for someone to come start my service and all she could say was therapists keep ignoring me. I was confused with what to do with that information. There were 2 other staff members that stood on the sidelines and watched and did nothing to help. It was almost like they didn’t even work there. It was an incredibly odd experience. When I asked for a manager she kept walking away coming back and sitting back at her desk and counting money until I prompted her again and then she would get up again and do the same routine! I don’t know what they are running at the Niobe spa in east legon but it is nothing terrible customer service! Go elsewhere if you want to work with professionals
I had their deep tissue massage last year and it was soo good. Their masseurs are friendly and very knowledgeable of what they’re doing . The best part is the tea or coffee they serve after your session . You can pay via mono or card and can Other walk in for a massage or book an appointment via their website But a voucher for a loved one . I came Back soo relieved and relaxed . Their washroom is neat and well lit. I recommend this place to you Paid 450 cedis , you can also have the 420 cedis . Whatever you need they have a package for you .
