I am literally still at Niobe, sipping lemon grass tea whilst writing a review of this beautiful and relaxing experience! So this is my second visit to the C. 18 branch and my experience deserves more than 5 Stars! Ambience was great, Niobe everywhere has this on lockdown so no surprises there. We love the consistency, keep it up! The massage was everything I desired and more. I had the full body massage which incorporated hot stone and a facial. And it was really good! Yet again no surprises there, but the skill of delivery was definitely higher than the last. Who I appreciated the most was my masseuse, Gloria. She is such a professional at her job, super focused yet very pleasant. She also did my facial which I thought was great. All smiles and literally said “sorry” a number of times especially during the facial. My appointment started right on time as well! By far my best experience at Niobe. Thanks Gloria
I had one of the Worst experience with his Spa . I did called to book a time with them and they book me for 5pm Saturday For “FullBody Hot Stone Massage “ .i got there all excited
and ready to relax But the lady didn’t know how to massage —
—I kept telling her to put more oil on my skin because she was just rubbing my dry skin over and over again and it hurts .
— All the spots I told her I needed more pressure On ,she literally just rubbed over them Not making you feel any pressure at all .
— she made a lot of noise with the microwave ,Stones And her Feets and mined you ,the microwave was sitting right beside the bed head .
— she kept looking at the clock,saying to me ,you came late ,we are soon about to close ( Why book me for 5pm then 
)
— finally when she got through, I put on my clothes and when downstairs to sit abit to order my Uber They never paid me mind and after few minutes of sitting there , I had to ask them for something to drink (tea ) while waiting for my Ride .
I left feeling more stressed then Before

10/10 experience. Customer service is great and services are worth every penny! Highly recommend
Had a wonderful pedicure this morning with Obrite (not sure of spelling, sorry) She was so thorough & attentive & did a fantastic job. All the staff at the spa are lovely friendly ladies as are all the staff at The Alisa hotel. I will definitely be returning for many more of the fantastic treatments they have available. Thank you all.

Whether you’re seeking a quick escape from the hustle and bustle or a full day of pampering, this spa has something to offer everyone. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. They genuinely care about your well-being and go the extra mile to make your experience memorable. Whether it’s offering a warm cup of detoxifying herbal tea which I really enjoyed or providing personalized recommendations, their hospitality sets them apart. I really did enjoy my Elemis deeper than deep hot stone massage and already planning my next visit.
