Customer service is top notch. I really was impressed. Everyone I encountered even the security personnel was friendly. I didn't pick the names of the ladies that attended to me, they were both very polite. Left a detail out so I had to call to rectify it and Aaron was soo helpful. Overall I love the service and I will definitely patronize them again!

A WARNING OF THEFT AND LARCENY To all customers using UPS Ghana Iam a customer of UPS Canada. I would not recommend UPS in Accra Ghana at all. I sent a $4000 package from Canada to my wife Juliet in Accra Ghana, and it got scanned twice in Accra and she got notified 3 times, when the package did not get delivered on schedule, Juliet went to go pick it up and she never received it from the UPS office. The UPS Company Corruption by individuals in Accra Ghana has lied to my wife Juliet's face and has stolen my package from my wife. I truly will never use their services ever again. The package traveled through Canada, USA, and Germany. The very moment it got to Accra Ghana it totally disappeared by theives and larceny. UPS truly broke my wife Juliet's heart. I pray that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ have mercy on all you individuals who are at UPS Accra Ghana for doing this terrible crime to my wife Juliet and I.

This is the second time I have used your service but I can confidently tell you I am very disappointed in UPS. Anytime my parcel gets to Accra, it will take a week or more before it gets to Tamale. I have to make personal call and beg your staff to get my parcel to me. I do not know why I am paying for an express delivery why you deliver my parcel in such a slow motion. I ill sure advise myself. Thanks for the torture
