My stay here was amazing! The views from my room were stunning, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff was always eager to help. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a luxurious experience
It was a lovely experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful, special mention to Marian, our waitress, who ensured that we had a great dining experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
The stay there was amazing. I had an awesome experience. The customer service was good and the room was neat and quite cool. Break fast 😋, amazing buffet
Hotel Review: Basic Amenities Missing I recently stayed at the Western Serene Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi, Ghana, and was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. Not having a microwave in the room was a significant inconvenience, as it’s a standard feature in most hotels today. Moreover, when I asked the front desk and the restaurant manager if they could warm up my cold food, they refused. Citing its against hotel policy to warm food purchased by the guest from their own restaurant. This lack of service is frustrating and disregards the needs of travelers. The absence of a microwave and the unwillingness to assist with heating food show a lack of consideration for guest comfort. I urge the management to address these issues. Until then, I recommend looking for accommodations that better prioritize guest needs.
Very exquisite and a must lodge place with a serene environment...come have your stay and they will make your day exceptional.
