This bank has consistently been the worst bank in Ghana in terms of customer service. I don’t know what the banking society and nothing and why they keep awarding them for customer service but customers know that this bank is the worst. Their Internet banking systems are also very bad. They don’t have any mechanism to report Wrong transaction or anything. They have a banking app so for transactions, but they don’t have any systems for support interaction with customers. All the numbers on their bank app are wrong. All the numbers on their website are wrong all the numbers they provide everywhere publicly wrong so if you want to report an issue you have to go to a GCB bank.

This bank has consistently been the worst bank in Ghana in terms of customer service. I don’t know what the banking society and nothing and why they keep awarding them for customer service but customers know that this bank is the worst. Their Internet banking systems are also very bad. They don’t have any mechanism to report Wrong transaction or anything. They have a banking app so for transactions, but they don’t have any systems for support interaction with customers. All the numbers on their bank app are wrong. All the numbers on their website are wrong all the numbers they provide everywhere publicly wrong so if you want to report an issue you have to go to a GCB bank.
