I opted for an 8GB data bundle that costs Gh¢32.00 since Thursday 12-06-2025 but up to Sunday 15-06-2025 I haven’t received my bundle yet and the annoying part is you can’t contact them anywhere. I pray this message finds them so they can send me my bundle and this mistake shouldn’t be happening so more people can patronize you.
I made payment for a reservation with passion air yesterday evening 9:30pm to 10pm and still my reservation has been cancelled but you people have dedicated the amount from my account. Hope am not being scammed. l need your rapid assistance. Thanks.
My worse experience ever for a payment gateway service provider! I subscribed to their service for a Rotary website. They communicated with us swiftly to create the account (which is why I'm giving them 2 stars) and the moment the account was created, that was it! Getting the to assist in implementing setting up the API on our website became an issue! One Josephine Obimpeh was supposed to attend to my ticket, but her emails always read to line: 1st line to acknowledge receipt, send line read "Well noted we will reach out to you shortly." That is all! I tried to reach her via phone, no number was provided. For over a week, I struggled to get her to help me resolve issues! I had to do try-and-error all by myself to resolve the issue! i WILL ENEVER RECOMMEND TEM TO ANYONE!! Very poor support!!!
Your slydepay app is turning into fraud .I transacted money to my slydepay since Saturday but am yet to receive my money. Thieves. I call Ur line but it's always busy
This is a scam app, after I made payment for a data bundle that is the end of story no bundle no money back help line can't be reached. Bad motives!!
