Fomfom is one of the traditional dish served by the Ahantas. The most cherished traditional dish of the people of Ahanta is “Fomfom” and the best of it is the one prepared with red Maize also known as “Abele Azani”. This is usually served with pepper and fried fish or stew with “Kakoo”.
