If i could give them zero stars,i will. This company will over promise and under deliver. Immediately you make payment, you have to go by their terms. They set up appointments with you and cancel without notifying you and worst of it all, they will assign you a cordinator who will never answer phone calls nor answer your questions. They are overpriced for no reason and you really do not get value for your money. They do not understand customer service and if there is one thing they need to work on, its their communication. Totally disappointed
Nice place to get trusted brands when it comes to home appliances and other accessories for the home. Their prices are very competitive on the market. They have warranties on almost all the products they have on sale. They have also have a very good location that’s one of the prime areas in Accra. Their customer experience is just on point. They have the luxury of time to explain everything to you. At a point I felt so bad for not buying anything from them that day because I only went for window shopping. I know for sure that I will be there again to buy something from them. Thank you!
Used Loncha to renovate my kitchen in June 2021 and I had a horrible experience. The staff member assigned to me was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They came to take measurements twice and still brought pieces that were the wrong size. The glass and metal work was poor and scratchy and had to be sent back to the workshop twice. They tried to force me to pay for damaged items and threatened to take me to court because I refused to pay for items that were the wrong size, made poorly and mangled during transport. Overall it was a horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else where they don't treat clients badly and where they actually take responsibility for their mistakes instead of trying to blame everyone else including the client themselves.
