Nice place to get trusted brands when it comes to home appliances and other accessories for the home. Their prices are very competitive on the market. They have warranties on almost all the products they have on sale. They have also have a very good location that’s one of the prime areas in Accra. Their customer experience is just on point. They have the luxury of time to explain everything to you. At a point I felt so bad for not buying anything from them that day because I only went for window shopping. I know for sure that I will be there again to buy something from them. Thank you!
If i could give them zero stars,i will. This company will over promise and under deliver. Immediately you make payment, you have to go by their terms. They set up appointments with you and cancel without notifying you and worst of it all, they will assign you a cordinator who will never answer phone calls nor answer your questions. They are overpriced for no reason and you really do not get value for your money. They do not understand customer service and if there is one thing they need to work on, its their communication. Totally disappointed

I bought an integrated oven and grill. This was installed without a power source and I am now being told to find an electrician myself to come and connect it to a power source. I believe after installation, you are supposed to demonstrate that the unit works. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use a unit which is integrated in my kitchen. Whoever marketed this did not provide all the information needed. Had we known this, we could have made arrangements for the power source to be fitted or buy the unit from a different supplier.
