I recently visited this spa for a full-body massage and an Indian head massage, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. To start, I had booked a full-body massage, but I was informed that the spa didn’t have the equipment necessary for my specific treatment. To make up for this, they substituted with a hot stone massage instead. Unfortunately, the stones were extremely hot—so much so that they felt like they were burning my skin. I expressed my discomfort to the therapist, but she continued using the hot stones regardless. This was disappointing and even overwhelming, as I never booked a hot stone massage and certainly didn’t expect to feel as though I was being burned. In past experiences with hot stones, like a similar treatment I received at their East Legon branch , the stones were comfortably warm and soothing, so I’m not sure why this experience was so different. For the Indian head massage, I felt a similar lack of attention to detail. The body massage was meant to be an hour, and the head massage an additional 30 minutes, but the sessions were combined, which led to a confusing experience. It felt like my head massage only lasted around 15 minutes, and I was positioned on my right side the entire time, with the therapist focusing only on the left side of my head. She never asked me to turn, which left me feeling that the massage was incomplete. The technique also lacked the firm pressure I expected; instead, it felt more like light scalp rubbing or playing with my hair, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a relaxing, targeted head massage, and this just didn’t deliver. Though I didn’t address my concerns with the therapist directly, I did share my feedback with the receptionist afterward. Overall, I left the spa feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning, as my experience didn’t match the level of service I was hoping for.

I’m super addicted to coming here. They give the best massages and facials. My face always has a glow instantly. Their wax service is great too. I’d say it’s less painful (or I’m just used to the pain after doing it so many times 🤷🏽‍♀️😅)

Had a couple spa package on Thursday 9th January 2025 at Cantonments branch. Realised that there's too much hype and too less content and quality. One doesn't get the booking easily, but the place is almost empty and there are very few staff serving. The quality of massage was mediocre. The door of the Steam chamber was broken and kept falling on us, I had to hold it physically all along I was sitting inside. It was probably the worst Pedicure I've had in last 21 years I've been in Ghana. All in all, not recommended. Not for the cost, not for the hype and not for the experience one may be looking for as a relaxation, quality, couples spa.

The service experience was just excellent. Good customer experience started from the security person, to the receptionist, through to the service executives that attended to me down to the masseuse. The security personnel was courteous in his interaction with me and directed me to the reception. The receptionist was vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic. After taking note of my details, she introduced me to the service executive who gave me a lemon grass tea with hot towel and asked me to wait. The customer before me delayed in her appointment which impacted on my appointment time. To compensate, I was given a back massage. At a point, I was on call so couldn't buckle my sandals when it was time for the main massage. Two of the staff willingly did that for me to my surprise. My masseuse was professional and friendly and patient. As a first timer for a hot stone massage, I felt at home. I even wanted to prolong our session after the hour was done. The ambience was also great and the music was soothing. I would definitely go back there again.

The interior and atmosphere of this spa are truly impressive – by far the best I've seen in Accra. The decor is stylish, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. From the moment you step in, you feel at ease and can leave everyday stress behind. Unfortunately, the actual massage did not live up to the ambiance. My therapist was rather mediocre – lacking precision and finesse, so the treatment didn’t have the desired relaxing effect. That was disappointing because this spa definitely has potential. I will give the spa another chance and hope that my next experience will be better. Maybe I was just unlucky with my therapist. But the ambiance alone definitely deserves praise!
