Appointments are booked online and all prices are stated online so you know exactly what you’ll pay for the service. Some services come with a complimentary snack and the staff is really nice and professional. A fave!
I walked to the east legon branch on 18th Nov to book a massage session for my husband on 23rd Nov. I made full payment and was told a text message will be sent to him right away. I called again to confirm on 20th because my husband had still not recieved a text message. Then on 23rd, my husband arrives for his session and was told by the receptionist that he needed to make another payment. This is unprofessional. Never coming there again.
Niobe Spa East Legon is my favorite branch among all. Customer service is top notch. Staff are really friendly too
