I had their deep tissue massage last year and it was soo good. Their masseurs are friendly and very knowledgeable of what they’re doing . The best part is the tea or coffee they serve after your session . You can pay via mono or card and can Other walk in for a massage or book an appointment via their website But a voucher for a loved one . I came Back soo relieved and relaxed . Their washroom is neat and well lit. I recommend this place to you Paid 450 cedis , you can also have the 420 cedis . Whatever you need they have a package for you .
The receptionist are super friendly. Had a really relaxing massage. They are the best,will totally recommend them!
Worst experience ever! I sat in a lobby for an hour and 20mns waiting for help to get my service started until they just closed on me. I kept asking the receptionist what was going and why it has been closed to an hour for someone to come start my service and all she could say was therapists keep ignoring me. I was confused with what to do with that information. There were 2 other staff members that stood on the sidelines and watched and did nothing to help. It was almost like they didn’t even work there. It was an incredibly odd experience. When I asked for a manager she kept walking away coming back and sitting back at her desk and counting money until I prompted her again and then she would get up again and do the same routine! I don’t know what they are running at the Niobe spa in east legon but it is nothing terrible customer service! Go elsewhere if you want to work with professionals
There are nicer spa’s in Ghana. Or maybe it’s just this branch that has funny rules and regulations. Customer service is in the pits of hell. The receptionists need serious training or need to be replaced. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else.
Great customer service and professional support from staff. I highly recommend. I particularly like how simple yet effective their pedicure is. Give it a try
