I was really impressed with the top notch service they offered. They are friendly, professional and budget friendly. I don't know why other gave a 1 star review but in my opinion you are the best auto garage in Ghana I have sent my car to 6 garages before I a friend recommended UB auto garage I came and my problem is solved. What will I have done without you. I give you a 100% for a job well done. I also love the environment
This review reflects my personal experience with UB Auto Garage. I was charged GH¢200.00 for an oil filter for my Honda Civic, which, in my opinion, seemed high compared to what I expected for this type of vehicle (2018 Honda Civic) I took my car in for an engine knock, check engine light, and a low oil pressure error. The total cost for the repairs was GH¢26,000.00. Unfortunately, after the service and a total of six plus weeks with the garage (including 3 return visits), the engine knock persists, and the check engine light remains on. Additionally, I noticed some new dents and scratches on the car body after the service. Due to the unresolved issues, I decided to seek help from another mechanic who is now addressing the problems I had originally paid UB Auto Garage to fix. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the service I received and the outcome of the repairs. My rating is 1/10, and based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them.
