This review is one hundred percent a reflection of my experience with UB Auto Garage devoid of any malicious intent. They over inflate price of parts. perfect example is them charging GH¢250.00 for an oil filter. Granted heavy duty car's oil filters might cost that much but come on, this is a honda civic we're talking about. Took my car for an engine knock, Check engine light and a low oil pressure error got charged GH¢26k (price of a new civic engine would've been cheaper) for the entire job and guess what? Engine still knocks (now louder than I brought it in), check engine light is still on, couple of dents and scratches on the body that no one could take responsibility for. Car spent a total of 6 weeks with then including taking it back for them to fix problems that i've already paid for. Nothing ... car still knocks, check engine light still going strong. I've now paid a different mechanic to undo and fix everything I already paid these phonies to fix. if you're ever in the mood to throw money away, UB Auto Garage is the place to take your car. 1/10 I will not recommend.
Always servicing and maintain my car here and Mr Danso is super professional. UB is my life savor. My Nissan car was almost spoilt because of bad mechanics but after I met him my car has been running smoothly and the overheating problem has stopped. I will rate your service a 10!!! Thank you
