I was at the head office to ask about my package to be told it never reached Accra… Meanwhile, I tracked till it got to Ghana and realized it’s been scanned twice in Accra.I received an email which stated it will delivered which never came.Wicked people! Check their reviews on all platforms nothing good. ACTION MUST BE TAKEN! Well, I have done my part and they are being investigated as to where my box passed. May God punish all those involved! ….people’s hard earned monies go down the drain. Their cup is full! WORST COMPANY EVER this is the first and last using them. Nobody should send any VALUABLE ITEMS THROUGH UPS It’s only our Ghana people who will disgrace us like this. UPS abroad don’t have issues like theft . I sent a parcel to Gh. Samsung phone, apple watch. I tracked it to Kotoka. A courier by name STEVEN stole the package . I had tracking software hidden on the phone. Steven had no idea that I could see ALL the things he was doing on the phone...whatsapp chats, pics, calls, Vodafon cash transactions..his PIN. I confronted him and he was shocked and flabbergasted. They stopped the stealing for a moment. Now the stealing has resumed again. Oh UPS Antrak Ghana! It's really sad.

Customer service is top notch. I really was impressed. Everyone I encountered even the security personnel was friendly. I didn't pick the names of the ladies that attended to me, they were both very polite. Left a detail out so I had to call to rectify it and Aaron was soo helpful. Overall I love the service and I will definitely patronize them again!
