Customer service is top notch. I really was impressed. Everyone I encountered even the security personnel was friendly. I didn't pick the names of the ladies that attended to me, they were both very polite. Left a detail out so I had to call to rectify it and Aaron was soo helpful. Overall I love the service and I will definitely patronize them again!
Great service. Honest staff. My shipment took 3 working days to get to the recipient. Low freight charges. I will recommend them to everyone. Located at Danquah Circle.. Shares a wall with “Number One Oxford Street”
Your phone number is not working and promised delivery date was not done as confirmed on the phone. I had to send someone with a phone so I could achieve this
Wish i could rate a Zero…They are bunch of thieves! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. YOU USE THEM AT YOUR RISK! My package from Canada worth $4,000 and over stolen by this UPS Company. I was at the head office to ask about my package to be told it never reached Accra… Meanwhile, I tracked till it got to Ghana and realized it’s been scanned twice in Accra.I received an email it will delivered which never came.Wicked people! Check their reviews on all platforms nothing good. ACTION MUST BE TAKEN! Well,I have done my part and they are being investigated as to where my box passed .May God punish all those involved! ….people’s hard earned monies go down the drain. Their cup is almost full! WORST COMPANY EVER this is the first and last using them. Nobody should send any VALUABLE ITEMS THROUGH UPS👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 It’s only our Ghana people who will disgrace us like this UPS abroad don’t have issues like theft . I’m indeed sad I never got my box.Lastly if you risk to send a package make sure you put insurance on it to get your money back.
