I sent a document to the USA from UPS Ghana head office and the entire process was seamless. The front desk staff was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. The shipping fee of ¢407 is also much less than the ¢650 charged by DHL.
Beware, I sent the guitar to church using Ups from UK to Ghana. The guitar has been stolen. The Ups in Ghana was contacted several times by the receiver, and at first they promised to help with clearance, but then they stopped replying to messages. It's been 4 months now. Bunch of thieves.
This is one of the worse inconveniences I have ever had. The UPS service provider in Sunyani phone number is switched off. I called him this morning that I was coming to Sunyani from Techiman and he said I could come only for me to get here and his phone is off. He asked me about the parcel and I told him everything about it. I told him I was told I wasn’t gonna pay for sending it. I was given a document to print and attach to the item by the Chinese. I don’t know if that is the reason his phone is off since because I want gonna pay? I got here and trying to call him. I have been here for a while now and waiting. I have skipped going to work because of this. I didn’t expect to keep long here. Mother Ghana 💔🤦🏽♂️
Great service. Honest staff. My shipment took 3 working days to get to the recipient. Low freight charges. I will recommend them to everyone. Located at Danquah Circle.. Shares a wall with “Number One Oxford Street”
I sent a parcel to Gh. Samsung phone, apple watch. I tracked it to Kotoka. A courier by name STEVEN stole the package . I had tracking software hidden on the phone. Steven had no idea that I could see ALL the things he was doing on the phone...whatsapp chats, pics, calls, Vodafon cash transactions..his PIN. I confronted him and he was shocked and flabbergasted.😄 They stopped the stealing for a moment. Now the stealing has resumed again. Oh UPS Antrak Ghana! It's really sad.
