The hotel itself was nice, laid out well, room was nice, and good area. Where we ran into service issue was when we were asked to wait over 2 hours past check in time for our room to be cleaned in order to check in. then we were asked to pay for things we had already paid for. Probably would not return.
Super neat and spotless environment. Great staffs. Their staffs are so helping and attentive. Western Serene Atlantic Hotel Is a must visit place. Excellent service

Well appointed and spacious premises with car parks for large events. Rooms are spacious and well catered to, with chalets for short term stay. Swimming pools (for children as well), restaurants, ice cream parlour, tennis court, gym, etc. Accessibility considerations are also generous.
